Design requirements for Woven Patches:
No blurred colors or color gradients - this also implies shadows that feature a color gradient.
We have to be able to clearly see where one color ends the next yarn color begins. That is only possible with solid colors.
- A maximum of 12 Colors - depending on the designs less is often more
Although we have many different yarn colors, we are not able to perfectly match every color that can be displayed on paper or on a screen. If your design has many, very similar colors, the result could look different from what you uploaded. - Text should not be smaller than 2-3 mm. Angled or very detailed text or fonts should ideally not be smaller than 3 mm
- If you use AI-generated files, please make sure they meet the requirements listed above. If you notice that your design still contains very fine details or color gradients, or looks like a photograph, try the instructions below to adjust your design before uploading it.
For example:
'Please remove the fabric texture without altering the content of the design.'
'Please remove the color gradients. The design should have a maximum of 10 solid colors'
(the AI often still uses more colors)
